Sumica

The owner is so gentle that I’d happily stay here again every time. The house sits on a small hill at the edge of a residential area, with great airflow, and we enjoyed strolling nearby to watch the sunset after eating out. The large bed, blue-sky view from the bathroom, little green lawn, and indoor hammock were all lovely, especially for the kids. It’s spacious, clean, and furnished with care. It’s also handy for driving either north or south. I’d assumed Okinawa meant ocean views, but this stay made me realize that was just my preconception. A wonderful place, highly recommended.

We had such a good time, thanks to sumica. The room was lovely and really clean, and we spent some time relaxing in the hammock. We also went snorkeling at Gorilla Chop in the morning. The kind couple made us feel very welcome. We’d love to come back next year, thank you so much!

The facilities were really clean, and the wood smell was so nice. For the price, this place is great. The owners were incredibly kind, and the wife is Zainichi Korean, so she speaks Korean quite well. Definitely coming back next time.

I felt so relaxed here in Okinawa. The soothing decor, hammocks, comfy bathroom, and original map all added to that. I’d love to come back!
