We paid more than 20,000 yen for two people, and the value was terrible. A different hotel nearby would probably have given us a better room and service for half the price. We accidentally booked a smoking room online. The whole floor felt stuffy, the carpet was stained and sticky, and both the power sockets and fridge were broken. When we asked staff for help, the answer came across as condescending.

The room was disgusting, with a dirty floor, stale-feeling air, an unstable socket, and a fridge that was broken and didn't work. The staff attitude was awful too. When something went wrong, they argued with us instead of trying to sort it out. This was the worst hotel I've stayed at in Japan and really spoiled the day. Stay somewhere else. Hope you have a good day without this place bothering you.

It's easy to get to the train station. The hotel is fairly old, but very clean, and the staff were accommodating.

We stopped for a buffet lunch during a bus tour. There was a good selection, but the kitchen hadn't prepared for our group even though the meal was pre-ordered. By the time people at the end of the line got through, some plates were empty.

The staff were very friendly, and some of them speak English. The rooms are small, but comfortable enough for two people. It's conveniently placed, just a short walk from the station.
