The bathroom was cozy, and the laundry, vending, and ice machines were all in the same room, which made getting everything done at once easier. The room was small, but there was enough space to open a suitcase fully. The pajamas are kept by the elevator on each floor instead of being put in every room, which seems more environmentally friendly since some guests won’t use them. The front office and other staff were very friendly. I also liked the reception area’s interior, with all its cute, lovely things.

I liked the orange magnet on the door. If you only need fresh towels and don’t want a full room cleaning, put it outside and they’ll bring extras. A handy little system. There’s no free bottled water, which I would’ve preferred, though it wasn’t a deal breaker. The hotel is around a nine-minute walk from Nagoya Station. It’s close enough to be convenient, but not right in the noisy station area. Two convenience stores and several restaurants are nearby. The price felt reasonable for the comfort. I was on the 14th floor of 16. The room was small, as expected for a Japanese business hotel, but modern and practical, with good water pressure. You tap your room key before choosing a floor in the elevator, which felt reassuring for security. Check-in is through a self-service kiosk where you scan your passport and follow the screen. It’s straightforward, and staff are nearby if you need help. You can check out at the kiosk too, so leaving is quick. I spent three days and two nights here and felt I’d made the right choice. It isn’t luxurious or flashy, but it’s a dependable, practical option near Nagoya Station.

The breakfast add-on was just two donuts or pastries and a drink from the Mister Donut next door. I wish I’d looked into it more before signing up, since I probably wouldn’t have paid extra if I’d known. Maybe I didn’t read the details carefully enough. Apart from that, I was very comfortable and happy with the friendly service and central location. They were accommodating about the room amenities.

Getting to the station on foot was easy, and the location is convenient for 7-11, Family mart, and several restaurants. The queen room was 15 square meters, clean, and had a comfortable bed and decent facilities. The TV couldn’t cast streaming, such as YouTube. Maid service is by request, and they only collect rubbish that’s in the bin. Disposing of a suitcase costs 2,000 yen each.
