For the price and location, this was great value. The room was small, but very clean and well equipped. The bed was huge and firm, with lots of soft pillows, and the shower had hot water and strong pressure. We could see the park across the street through the big windows. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast is available for an extra fee, and sometimes there are complimentary pastries in the second-floor lobby. We booked through Expedia for a business trip.

The room itself was fine, but I was glad we only stayed one night. They said parking was included, but the hotel has no parking. We had to use an open parking space nearby, which cost us 20 euros, or 3,500¥. When we asked about it, they blamed booking.com and offered no help or responsibility. I wouldn’t recommend it for a longer stay or if you’re traveling by car.

The hotel was in a fantastic spot, and the staff were lovely and helpful. They also kept our luggage before check-in without any problem. Breakfast was very basic, with few options for foreigners. That was fine for me, but worth considering. There were often donuts and other sweet treats in the foyer.

The location is fantastic, and the service was good. The rooms are tiny, like in many other places. There’s no water available at the hotel, but the konbini downstairs takes care of that.
