There’s a supermarket, restaurants, and convenience stores nearby, which made it really convenient. The location is good, and I had a great experience here. I’d recommend this place to other visitors.

The room was spacious and close to the tram, with useful amenities nearby, but the noise insulation was poor and I kept hearing cars. The shower and toilet were old and smelled bad. Everything looked dated and uncomfortable, and the items were set out in a messy, careless way. If you’re thinking of staying here, think twice. I didn’t pay close attention when booking, and I’d always thought Japan was a country that cared about cleanliness and order. I didn’t expect the stay to feel so unpleasant. I couldn’t even be bothered taking photos at first, but for consumers’ sake I did take some and upload them.
It feels comfortable here, almost like home, and it has the things you need for a stay: a washing machine, clothes racks, fridge, and microwave. They even provide baby supplies.
The location is handy, with a convenience store within walking distance and a Yoshinoya nearby. There’s space to park one car on the first floor, but you have to carry your luggage up to the second floor. The place is cheap, so you get what you pay for, but I hope the owner renovates and tidies it up. I didn’t want to take pictures and don’t have a single one of the guesthouse. It’s a large, old house with three bedrooms: two beds in the first, a shared room in the second, and three beds in the third, hidden behind a fake bookshelf wall. It hasn’t been renovated. The entrance shoe cabinet looks fine from the outside, but its door nearly breaks when opened. The dining room is big, while the kitchenware and fridge are old. There’s one toilet and a separate shower room, with decor like an old Taiwanese home. The bidet toilet is the only new thing. The rooms are old too, with bamboo poles used as clothes racks. When I first arrived, my feet felt sandy because I had no slippers. The capsule coffee was terrible.
The bathroom has no forced exhaust, and its window was fixed slightly open. The shower was cold, and the bidet was the exception to otherwise okay facilities. Traffic noise went on all night because the soundproofing is poor. The location is great, right beside a FamilyMart. The hotel has Buildings 1, 2, and 3. A lot of people have posted reviews without realizing this, which has caused mismatches between photos and descriptions. The accurate version I posted is for Building 1.
