Hotel OROX

Getting around was easy, with Onoyama Park, the monorail, shops, and supermarkets nearby. I found the hotel calm and relaxing after days out, and the staff were always kind and helpful. I stayed at Hotel Orox for a few nights; the room was spotless, surprisingly roomy, and very comfortable. I'd definitely return. Thank you, Hotel Orox!

From 3 to 9, there are free drinks in the lobby. The staff were kind and helpful, and when the dryer didn't work well, they returned my coin. We couldn't use that dryer anymore, but there was a coin laundry right across from the hotel with very good dryers. The washing machine at the hotel is free, while the dryer costs 100 yen for 30 minutes. Our room was clean and quite large, with two medium, semi-double beds. They brought us fresh towels every day. Nice hotel and fair prices, a very good experience.

The staff member Shitoshi was the highlight of our two-night stay. He was delightful, incredibly helpful, and went well beyond what he needed to do with the kindest attitude. My wife, daughter, and I were grateful for everything he did to make our stay wonderful. The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable, with lovely rooms and facilities. Downstairs there's a great workspace, free tea choices, a retro wall, and lots of unusual decorations that make it relaxing to work or study. Travelers staying in Okinawa won't be disappointed.

The downstairs workspace is really cool, and the facilities were clean with great rooms. Shitoshi on staff is so cool, too. He makes you feel at home and goes the extra mile so you feel like family.
