The rooms were clean, and the location right by Kokusai street was handy. Breakfast was a real highlight, especially the wagyu beef curry. At check-in, the front desk gives you a 10% off coupon. Netflix didn’t work even though there’s a Netflix button on the remote. There’s no covered entrance, and if you’re driving, the valets won’t let you pull into the basement carpark to unload your things.

We were greeted by really friendly staff, and being on Kokusaidori is a great perk. The problem was the smell. As soon as we stepped off the elevator onto our floor, there was a strong musty odor that reminded us of BO. It was less noticeable inside our room, but the hallways were completely permeated by it.

We got a good deal on the room, so it felt like amazing value. The room itself was comfy, though there wasn’t much floor or usable space. Breakfast had a very good selection, but it was a little pricey. The location was very good, too. Parking costs extra and includes valet service, so allow time when you need your vehicle brought out.

The location is superb, and the parking valet is convenient, though finding the entrance is a bit of a puzzle. There’s a 7-11 at the main entrance. The hotel is a little old but well maintained, and the room was quite small.
