Nest Hotel Naha Kumoji

The hotel had a nice atmosphere, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The rooms were extremely clean, the price was reasonable, and getting around from there was easy. No gym or pool, which is understandable. I’d definitely come back!

The room worked well for three of us, with three single beds and a wide, very comfortable sofa that we think may have been a sofa bed. We each had a bottle of water in the mini-fridge, and the tap water was drinkable too. The recently updated toilet and bath area felt modern, with proper doors rather than transparent glass. The lobby was by far the most beautiful and impressive part of the hotel. Staff were warm and friendly, and some spoke English. A few room details were less comfortable. The older single chair was worn enough that I could feel its frame or cushion base when sitting. The mattress was a little too firm for me, and the phone in the left corner seemed poorly placed for a room with three beds, since one bed blocked it. There were no hooks by the sink, so nowhere for clothes or towels, even a hand towel, and the light switches weren’t labeled. We skipped breakfast. The garage behind the hotel was handy, though a bit pricey. It was still a nice stay at an extremely reasonable price, and I’d stay again for the value.

About a five-minute walk from the Monorail station, in a great spot. The room was basic, but it was very clean, which mattered most.

The shower had strong water pressure, and the room was a good size for the price. Everything was clean and worked well. I did lose a white T-shirt, though, and the staff couldn’t find it. It may have been picked up by mistake during cleaning, so I took off a star. Parking was around 1,400 yen. You can avoid that by using the public car park at night, where there’s a maximum rate. I’d still recommend the hotel.
