Our friends stayed for 2 nights and found the room clean and the price cheap, with a really good location. Kokusai Street is within walking distance, and there’s a hotel shop selling alcohol and ramen. A convenience store nearby was handy too. The room had a well-equipped kitchen, with frying pans, detergent, chopsticks and force. The walls are thin, so if there’s a lot of noise in the living room, you can hear it from the bedroom. Still, I’d highly recommend it for the value, cleanliness, and location.

A bus stop is right outside, and the area is packed with handy places: across the street are shopping malls popular with locals, an art museum, two supermarkets, restaurants, and a 100-yen shop. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with plenty of space to unpack, and having a separate toilet and bathroom is a plus. It’s easy to buy fruit at the supermarket across the counter and enjoy it in your room. Clean, practical accommodation in a quiet, convenient area, especially suited to couples, independent travelers, people without a car, and anyone who likes shopping. The monorail station is a bit far away.

The room was spacious, and the front desk staff were very friendly. There’s a shopping mall right across the street, which is convenient, though the station is a bit far. The decor is unusual, and I noticed a Southeast Asian aroma as soon as I walked in 😂. Breakfast was simple but tasted pretty good. The bathroom had a slightly musty smell, as others have mentioned.
