The service from everyone and the breakfast buffet were the standouts for me. Breakfast was amazing and well worth it. The rooms are small but elegant, quiet, and better equipped than most American hotel rooms. There's even a 7-11 inside, which is handy. The location works well for getting around, with Kokusai-Dori about a 10-15 minute walk away and the airport accessible too. If I'm back in Naha, I'd choose this hotel again.

We stayed for my husband's birthday and had a lovely room with a great bathroom and everything well equipped. Traveling with a child was easy too, since they offered things like bed guards and a step stool. Hokama San made the occasion extra special by going out of their way to deliver a cake after hours. We'll definitely stay here again.

The hotel chef is clearly skilled, and the food and kind staff more than made up for the swimming pool being refurbished. The breakfast buffet was the best I've had in Japan so far, with unexpected choices like peanut tofu, a burger bar, tacos, and make-your-own soba. The lounge bartender also makes excellent margaritas. The Chinese restaurant was amazing: the food was clean, cooked just right, tasty, and presented like something from a Michelin restaurant, all at a reasonable price. Much better than I expected. I can only recommend it.

The staff were so polite, friendly, and kind throughout our four-night stay. The hotel is close to the lively Kokusai Street, has plenty of parking, and even has a 7-Eleven in the lobby. Renovations were underway, but they didn't get in the way. Our renovated room looked stunning, and we slept really well. The breakfast buffet was the best we've ever had. You have to try the French toast, it deserves a Michelin star. We still can't believe how great this hotel was. Thanks so much for everything!

I found the hotel lovely, modern, and well made, with a simple, unpretentious feel. At the front desk, Yua and another foreign staff member were welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. They helped me confirm the cruise destination I'm going to. Highly recommend booking here.
