I was visiting Okinawa alone for my birthday, and the hotel made it a memorable stay. It’s quiet and relaxing, with no noise from neighboring rooms. Breakfast had plenty of options, the staff were always kind and polite, and there’s a handy little shop on the first floor for snacks and other things. The bus stop is about a two-minute walk away; the monorail takes around 15 minutes on foot, which worked fine for getting around. Beforehand, I asked the hotel about birthday services and got conflicting information, perhaps because I booked through a third-party site. Once I arrived, I found out they offer birthday cakes for a fee. The flyer said to order a week ahead, but the front desk staff kindly arranged a beautiful cake for me even though the date was close. It was reasonably priced, and I appreciated the effort. I’m glad I chose this hotel and would happily return to Okinawa.

The room was comfortable, clean, and well cared for, and breakfast was tasty with a nice range of choices. We had a good stay at Pacific Hotel Okinawa, where the staff were friendly. I’d gladly come back.

I came here for a conference. The food was good, and there’s a large parking lot. Some staff speak English, and you can pick up souvenirs at the gift shop on the first floor.

I liked being able to get to the airport without much trouble, and there’s a FamilyMart within walking distance without having to cross the soap lands/red light district. The place is comfortable, with air conditioning, lots of parking, and a pool. The rooms look like a 90's five-star resort and could use an update. I’d stay here again and add it to my list.

Everyone there was really friendly, and the location was great. Service was alright, though communication was tricky since I speak a little Japanese and the receptionist didn’t speak English. My room was clean, but the outlets I found were in the bathroom, under the desk, and on a table. The table outlets were too weak to charge my camera and phones properly, so I’d stick to the bathroom or under-desk ones. That can be a pain if, like me, you have a short cable.
