There’s free parking, and the staff were friendly and tried to help us even though English communication seemed difficult. The public baths are separated for men and women, clean, and worth trying. Breakfast is very simple, but toast, jam, and drinks are enough to get the day started.

We only stayed one Sunday night, and it was really pleasant. There’s free coffee and corn porridge downstairs at any hour. The building feels a bit dated, though, and the walls are thin enough that we heard the next room’s TV.

The front desk staff were friendly, and they could speak English. Still, the price felt high compared with the hotel I stayed at in Nago the night before. You have to ask for amenities, including the yukata, or you won’t get them. Breakfast was just bread and jam, with coffee and tea.

The rooms felt cozy, and the staff were really helpful. The location is great too, though I’d steer clear of the red light district to the north. 🙏🙏
