Hibis Resort

The owners were lovely, and we had a great time talking with them. We found this inn while looking for somewhere with good food, and the Italian course dinner really delivered. Every dish was delicious, and the wine went down easily. Since it was the day after my husband's birthday, I asked for a surprise dessert. They carefully made a birthday plate at no extra charge, and he was overjoyed. I've visited Okinawa many times, but it's hard to find food that's this satisfying. I'd strongly recommend booking dinner. It was a wonderful encounter and a great trip.

Bring your own pajamas and toothbrush, and there's a separate toilet and bathroom in each room. The small guesthouse has only four rooms, with beautiful green views from the rooms and cafe terrace that made it easy to unwind. Our room was spotless and comfortable. Every dish was carefully prepared and delicious, especially the incredibly tender meat. I also loved the easy-to-drink home-roasted coffee. The owners helped so much with restaurant suggestions and local sightseeing for the next day, even making contacts for us. Thanks to them, we had another delicious meal and a wonderful trip to Nakijin. We'd love to come back for lunch. Highly recommend this guesthouse! (*^▽^*)

I spotted the roadside sign by chance and decided to stop in, though I hesitated a little at first. The owner's relaxed conversation, the hilltop view, and the homemade pizza were all fantastic. The portions were generous for the price, so I left very satisfied. I'd like to stay at the accommodation sometime too.

From the balcony, you get the Yanbaru forest to yourself. It's a hidden cafe and pension, and the owner and his wife are incredibly welcoming. Their cafe cat, Yukichi-kun, is adorable too. Dinner is delightful creative French food, and breakfast is great as well. Next time I'd like to try lunch.
