The room was spacious and the curtains blocked outside light well, which made it suitable for light sleepers. Some parts of the room had been renovated and were clean, while the toilet still partly had its old finish.

The room was really comfortable, and I especially liked the dimmer control for the lights. I stayed one night on a business trip this November and thought the hotel was very good. Breakfast was reasonably priced, and I enjoyed the Katsuo salad. Remember to pick up toiletries from the lobby before going up to your room. There’s a coin laundry and vending machine on Level 3, which was handy. Lawson is about a five-minute walk away if you need a convenience store.

The room was roomy, and the full-size bathtub was a nice surprise. Coffee and tea were thoughtful little extras. A very nice hotel, especially for foreigners visiting Kochi. I’d stay here again.

I’ve stayed here three times and would come back again. The rooms are big for a hotel in Japan, and there’s heaps of parking. Nice place.
