We were a bit nervous because of the low ratings, but it was fine and good value. Basic and functional, with a great location.

Getting around was easy, with buses and trains nearby, and shops plus the main park and Buddha a short walk away. This is a lovely two-room mini apartment, very quiet, with comfy futons, loads of towels, a huge fridge-freezer, cooktop, and massive TV. The washing machine comes with powder, and the modern bidet toilet is great. The shower room is tiny, TINY, so it’s best to sit on the shower stool, but the water is good and it’s fine. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are good quality.

The bedding seemed clean, and we got fresh towels and complimentary water. Staff responded promptly through the Bookings app. But the place really needs more TLC. It’s cute, but it didn’t feel clean: there was about a centimeter of dust on outlets, dirty walls, hair in the bathroom, dusty appliances, and a wall vent fan caked in dust. Wallpaper was peeling, and the bedroom outlets were inaccessible. Parking is about a five-minute walk away, which was a haul with two young kids.

A nice little hideaway at a reasonable price.
