We wanted a break from busy places like Osaka and Tokyo, and this house worked perfectly for that. It’s near major supermarkets and the city centre, which we appreciated. There’s a train line and car park beside the property, but shutters on the windows help cut the noise, and the trains didn’t bother us. The house was spacious and well equipped, with a full-size kitchen. We had a little trouble finding some of the things we needed for self-catering.

We had a great one-night stay with a group. The house was super clean and convenient, with everything we needed, including three bedrooms with air conditioning and heating. We enjoyed cooking breakfast and using the automatic furniture. The hosts were warm and gentle, and there’s a food supermarket nearby. It’s a bit far from the city’s main shopping street, but I enjoyed the walk there, about 20 minutes, with lots of shops along the way. Parking is free and can fit an and semi-SUV car.

There’s a parking space right in front of the house, and shops and Nara city center are close by. The place was clean and in good condition. It sits right next to the train lines, though, and you can hear trains inside.

The hosts were wonderful and had some great little touches, and the location was really convenient. It backs onto the railway, which is the only downside. The trains are a lot quieter than in the UK, but you can still hear them.

It’s right by Nara Park, with Nara, supermarkets, and restaurants all within a maximum 10m walk. The house itself was amazing, spotless, and had everything we wanted. The hosts were wonderful too. I’d absolutely stay here again if I get the chance.
