The room had plenty of space, the facilities were great, and being near the airport made everything easy. What really stood out, though, was how thoughtful the staff were. Ayaka welcomed us and took time to go over directions and the shuttle, while Basbas, who'd helped us over email, was just as accommodating in person. The drivers were friendly too. We chose this hotel for our first visit to Japan, and even before we arrived, the team handled our luggage storage request while we traveled around the country. That gave me real confidence in our choice. Thanks especially to Ayaka and Basbas for looking after us. We'd happily come back and recommend it to anyone passing through Narita.

I was only at the ANA Crowne Plaza for one night, but the welcome stuck with me. RJ helped as soon as I arrived and handled everything with care and professionalism. After a long journey, his friendly, attentive manner made the stay feel easy and comfortable. The whole team was warm and genuinely welcoming. I'd recommend the hotel and would gladly stay again.

The indoor pool and sauna were especially nice in winter, and the shuttle from Terminal 1 at Narita Intl Airport was very easy to catch. As a solo traveler staying from 01.24 to 01.30, I felt well looked after throughout. Dino got my heavy suitcases to the room quickly when I arrived. Mihal, the duty manager, helped with my flight request, and Basbas was friendly and helpful during the longer stay. Their welcome, smiles, and willingness to assist made things peaceful and enjoyable. Thank you, Dino, Mihal, and Basbas, and good luck in the future. I appreciated the simple conversations and kindness that made me feel comfortable.

Naritasan Shinsho-ji temple is huge and peaceful, so set aside half a day if you visit. I’d go early, when it’s less crowded. The hotel shuttle goes there, or you can walk a short distance to Narita train station and take the train. Before heading to Kamakura to see the great Buddha, I spent one night at ANA CP Narita last December. Yasuyuki Mori-san and his team, Takashi Nose-san, Mr. Basbas and Mr. Lordino, welcomed me warmly. My room was quiet, had a great view, and was very comfortable. I was pleased with the stay and recommend the hotel.

We finished our Japan trip here, and it made for a lovely last stop. The double junior sweet fit the four of us comfortably, two adults and teen kids, and was spacious for the price. The hotel is dated, though still nice. Beds were soft with good pillows, and the room had lots of extras like illy coffee and maker, pajamas, and toiletries. We also enjoyed the sauna and pool, and the restaurant buffet was delicious. The free airport shuttle, Family Mart in the lobby, and Mega Don Quijote about 10mins away by taxi were handy. Staff were warm and professional. A fabulous hotel.
