The massage at the spa was the best part of our stay. The masseur was experienced, and it was genuinely relaxing. Family Mart in the lobby was handy for picking up supplies, especially since there's not much within walking distance. The hotel also has separate laundry facilities for male and female guests. ART Hotel Narita is functional and has useful amenities, but the rooms feel dated and could use renovation.

Good value for money, with a free shuttle from Narita airport and a convenience store right in the hotel. The design and landscaping are nice too. It's very affordable for the location, about 20-25 mins from the airport. Some rooms look dated, but at this price I can't complain. I'd stay again.

We stayed with our children from 7th - 9th April 2025, and all of us loved the hot bath. The location near Narita airport was great, but the kind, genuinely welcoming staff were what we appreciated most. We wished we'd booked one more night to enjoy the bath and spend more time with them. I hope the hotel never changes, even as over-tourism remains a horrible concern. Thank you so much for your kindness.

The attendants were very nice and accommodating, and the airport shuttle was the one good part of our short stay. We checked in late and left early for our flight, and I'm glad we didn't stay longer. Agoda's garden view room listing was very false advertising. I understand the location was affordable, but the room was GROSS, old and unclean. Almost everything looked dirty except the bedding. One wall seemed to have mold, the room smelled musty, and shower water flooded the bathroom floor. We were only there to crash briefly.

ART Hotel Narita felt calm and restful, and the onsen and dining options were a nice bonus for the price. The rooms were comfortable for recovering after a long flight, and the hotel was clean, spacious, and well maintained. Its airport location is convenient, and the shuttle made getting around easy. Staff were friendly and professional, and check-in and checkout went smoothly. I'd recommend it for a comfortable stay near Narita Airport.
