The rooms and facilities were clean and nice, and the service was excellent. I liked that the bed sits on a raised platform as part of the room. There’s no gap for things to fall into, and the extra space is handy for small items. The mattress and platform are different sizes, which may not suit everyone, but it didn’t bother me.

The room was so clean, I couldn’t believe the price. I think the place had just been renovated.

The room was clean and well soundproofed. It was handy having the shared toilets and coin laundry by the elevator. Amenities apart from toothbrushes are self-serve at the front desk, which isn’t staffed at night. They’re clearly cutting costs wherever they can, but I didn’t find anything inconvenient and had a comfortable stay.

The room was small, but for the price I was quite satisfied. It had a charming Asian feel, and the unit bathroom was clean. The desk was sturdy and easy to work at, though the mattress was a little awkward to sit on. The mattress and frame were unusually different sizes. The hotel was nearly full, so I had to book a smoking room; I worried about the smell, but there was almost none. I think the recent renovation may have helped, along with other nonsmokers like me using the room. Keep in mind there are no staff from 11pm to 10am.
