There’s a sento here, and I always sleep well. The bathroom is very clean, too. Staff gave us a warm welcome and were accommodating, and check-in was smooth. The hotel is ideally placed near lots of restaurants, with a Lawson convenience store connected on the ground floor. I’m looking forward to staying here again. Thank you!!!🥹

Modern, clean, and very nice. It’s in a lively area near the station, with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops, and a convenience store is connected to the hotel. I barely saw any staff all weekend, apart from someone cleaning the onsen, and there was never anyone at the counter. Check-in and checkout were automated and super easy, so I didn’t need help myself. Still, I wonder what I would’ve done if I’d had a problem or a question.

I had planned a trip to Sado Island, but strong winds led to the jetfoil being cancelled and disrupted my schedule. I contacted AGODA to ask the hotel to cancel my reservation, but the hotel never replied. That was a very bad experience, especially for a traveler dealing with an unexpected weather disruption that wasn’t my fault. The hotel showed no kindness or consideration, and I wouldn’t recommend staying there. The room was extremely hot. When I asked, they said the air conditioning couldn’t be adjusted and offered only a fan. Ridiculous!

The hotel is okay if you don’t need them to hold your bags after checkout. I was surprised they charge JPY500- for one piece of luggage. If I’d known, I would’ve booked another hotel.
