I found it on a booking site because it ticked boxes like parking, a clean room, a bidet toilet, and a rate around 5,000 yen a night. I was excited, then surprised to discover it was a love hotel. The room had a slight cigarette smell, but apart from that it lived up to the reviews and I was very satisfied.
This time there wasn't any cigarette smell at all, which I'm so grateful for since I hate smoke. Last time the smell had lingered, though I know every room is a smoking room. The place was spotless, and I stayed alone as a woman instead of booking a regular hotel. The room and bathroom were roomy and clean, with a nice sofa, table, and microwave. Just 4,600 yen for a weekday night feels amazing! It's close to the highway exit and a convenience store, and the parking is covered from the rain. Thank you so much! m(_ _)m
The decor was nice, but the place still felt like it was missing something. It was clean, yet the lack of amenities and services stood out, and not taking credit cards feels pretty outdated. There are lots of other hotels around, so I probably won't return.
