Hinode Hills Niseko Village

The hotel has a peaceful feel and a thoughtful, elegant layout. It’s a charming boutique property, beautifully designed and warm and welcoming. I’d happily come back and recommend Hinode Hills for a memorable stay. Diamond status upgrades aren’t always given here, even when a room seems available, but the service more than made up for that. The team is small and works incredibly hard. Wisnu, the restaurant manager, stood out: he greeted everyone personally, checked in often, remembered our dining preferences, and made sure we left full and well looked after. Jayson was attentive too. He lowered the blinds when sunlight was shining into a diner’s eyes, a thoughtful touch that showed he cared about comfort. He also makes an unforgettable fruit-coffee mixture. The staff are warm, dedicated, and genuinely committed to making the experience great. Hilton should be proud of this team.

Cara, Julien, and Aiden made the stay especially memorable. Cara greeted us with a warm smile and welcome, gave great service in the restaurant, and was lovely to talk with. Julien made check-in fun and had great recommendations, though he really shouldn’t admit to being a Team Canada hockey fan. Embarrassing. Aiden kept all the little details connected, including finding the batteries I needed for my beacon. The service was the standout part of what was one of the best luxury hotel experiences I’ve had. I hope I get the chance to make the trip back.

The staff at Zento Restaurant were warm, proactive, and attentive from the moment we arrived, making our lunch after skiing a memorable one. Jayson deserves a special mention for his hospitality. He was accommodating and knew the menu well, with thoughtful suggestions for both food and drinks. The drinks he put together were a perfect match and beautifully presented, and his attention and care made a real difference. The team showed a high level of professionalism and attentiveness. Zento is a great choice for a relaxing lunch after snowboarding or skiing.

Jason and Kara made dinner at Zento a lovely experience. They were attentive, and the atmosphere was nice. We started with potato soup, which was delicious, plus a few other appetizers. My husband loved his soba noodles, and my salmon was very good. We recommend it highly.
