Hotel Ritz Koshien

Really nice atmosphere, and the service was good too.

Handy location.

The rooms have plenty of space and feel relaxing. The interior is unusual, so I can see why people have different opinions about it, though it does come across as luxurious. Maybe they could bring in a new designer for the next renovation. There's also a step right as you enter, then another fairly high one by the bathroom and dressing room. That could put sudden strain on someone, so I'd like them to improve the lack of barrier-free access. The Wi-Fi barely works well enough to set a clock, and both its speed and security are terrible. I wish the owner would focus on fixing it instead of trying so hard to justify the AI-based Love Hotel. It doesn't really count as Wi-Fi in its current state. The woman who brought my meals was kind and made me feel at home. The place has a nostalgic Showa-era feel.

The room and bathroom were roomy, and the staff were really helpful ◎. Still, the narrow elevator and the light switch by the head of the bed made it feel like a love hotel, not an ordinary one. I regretted bringing my niece, who’s in elementary school.
