The parking lot is open to the public, which came in handy for going to and from Karato Market the next morning. The large bath switches between men and women on a schedule. A staff member changes the sign when it's time, but sometimes the sign may not have been changed yet, so you may need to let them know (lol). That setup could feel a little unsettling for women. If security is a concern, check ahead. Guest room showers and washlets also have weak water pressure, so I'd use the large bath if possible. For this price range, the room size, location and free parking are attractive. I think it's a worthwhile choice for anyone looking for value.

There weren't any places to have dinner nearby, at least not without driving, and we couldn't find a parking spot, so we ended up buying something at a convenience store. They said there isn't much time for cleaning, but I wish they'd clean it properly. We didn't use this bath here, but the other experience left me traumatized. Some hotels simply say the large bath is for men only.
