The sauna was easy to use, with clear instructions in English, and the hotel was spotless with every toiletry we could need. My husband and I had such a good stay. We travel a lot, and this is the best hotel I’ve been to. The staff made us feel genuinely welcome, and the service was outstanding. I’d absolutely recommend it.

We’ve stayed in five-star hotels across the U.S., Europe, and Japan, but this one is our favorite. The staff somehow know what you like and what you don’t, and made us feel like celebrities. Everything was taken care of, from the spacious, comfortable room to its lovely views, including Mount Fuji from our side. Each morning’s five-course breakfast was unmatched. My wife and I spent part of our honeymoon here, and it’s been the highlight of our three-week Japan trip. I’m so grateful to everyone at Atago hotel, I wish there were a six-star rating. If we return to Japan in April, we won’t stay anywhere else in Noda. Simply the best. I can’t recommend Atago Hotel enough.
