Daiwa Roynet Hotel Numazu

I’d happily come back here. The staff were courteous and very professional, and it’s close to Numazu station with plenty of places to eat within walking distance. For a business hotel, the room was surprisingly roomy and comfortable, with the toilet and bathroom in separate spaces.

Mr. Wang at the front desk was a huge help when we had an issue with a traffic accident. That service stood out, as did the convenient spot right by the station and nearby parking. I’ve stayed at several Daiwa Roynet properties around Japan, and this one is my favorite. The rooms are roomy too. I’d strongly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The location is right beside Numazu Station, though walking from the station’s west end around to the south side means taking a small detour. You can instead pay the 130 yen platform pass fee to go through the station. I stayed in June 2025 after Aqours Finale. It was a convenient, budget-friendly place, with generously sized rooms and nicely laid-out bathrooms. If you’re doing a pilgrimage, you can get the passport stamp for Yohane. Nearby Plaza Verde was used as Aqours’ practice location in Season 2.

Getting to the south side of Numazu Station takes a bit of walking, but the hotel itself is clean, the facilities are good, and the staff are really friendly. The breakfast buffet was a highlight.
