The rooms on the west side look out toward Mount Fuji when the weather cooperates, and breakfast has plenty of options. It was quiet too, with no outside noise that I noticed. The staff were very professional, and the Yohane display on the second floor was a nice extra.

The rooms are compact, but they work well and were comfortable. We liked the hotel and its location, only a few minutes from the train station by bus. One thing we missed was bottled water. Staff said the tap water was safe to drink, but we chose to buy our own, which felt disappointing for a hotel of this standard.

The river walk is right outside, and we could see Fuji from our window. Everyone we met on staff was welcoming and really helpful. At check-in, a kind woman greeted us and spoke very good English. Thanks so much from Australia 🇦🇺 🥰

We were there from 24-29/4/2025. The lobby by reception on the 2nd floor has a nice riverside view, and the area is full of restaurants, though most shut after 8pm. Anime fans will also find figure shops and Animate nearby. Our two-bed room was a little tight if you want to open two suitcases on the floor. The facilities were what we expected, and you can request a Mount Fuji view. The top is visible when the weather is clear. The walk from JR Numaze station and the nearest Family Mart took about 10 minutes, which felt a little far on the day we were running out of energy. I'd recommend it for tourists staying up to a week who aren't expecting a very high level of service.
