The room had a slight cigarette smell, but I could live with it. I was happy with the bathroom's LED lights, bubble bath, and TV, and thought the hotel was good value for the price. I stayed here on my way back from a trip. After I realized I'd left something behind, I called. The staff responded warmly, packed it carefully, and sent it back. Thank you very much.

The room was pretty ordinary, but I think it had been cleaned. The bath was spacious and clean, as other people have mentioned, and the free breakfast was good. I stayed overnight before my trip to Izu and got a reasonable rate by combining a coupon with a late-night stay. It was a shame the welcome drinks didn't include alcohol. Depending on the room, you might get to enjoy a different kind of excitement. I'd stay here again.

The front desk man I spoke with on the phone was polite and made a good impression. The hotel looks clean enough, but signs of age are obvious everywhere, doors included. My companion and I both had stuffy noses and sneezing from what seemed like house dust. The bathtub jacuzzi started working, then suddenly broke and stopped. At a cheap rate it might be acceptable, but on an expensive day I'd pick another hotel.

The room and bathroom were spacious, and the location near the intersection was convenient. The price was reasonable, with coupons available. These issues may have been specific to this room, but the room smelled moldy and the futon was damp. The old air conditioning wasn't very effective, and the bathroom door wouldn't close. It was hard to adjust the shower temperature, with only cold water coming out for a while. WiFi for a separate room? was shown, but wasn't available until the front desk helped. Maybe understaffing is part of it, but I wish they had made some improvements.
