The upstairs common room has air conditioning, and you can spot the Castle through its windows. There’s also an open rooftop area for sitting out and catching some sun. Getting here on foot from the station was easy, and the 'Have a nice day' logo is visible from the main street. Check-in worked smoothly at any hour. Our air-conditioned capsules had curtains for privacy and lockable luggage spaces. Free WIFI, coffee, and lollies were a nice bonus.

We stayed two nights as a family and really liked it. The room was compact but had everything we needed, and then some. The bathroom was clean, the shower had strong pressure, and the amenities were well provided. Odawara Station is walkable, with shops, a convenience store, and a supermarket along the way. The check-in instructions can be confusing, but we read them ahead of time and found the process easy to follow. The stairs are steep and narrow, which could be tough with heavy luggage. We were on the second floor, so it was manageable. We’d stay here again next time we’re in the area.

The beds were good, the location was great, and there were nice extras like free coffee and sweets. The only snag was that writing in English on the check-in tablet was a little difficult. Apart from that, we had a very good stay.

The price was great and everything was clean and fine. The location is a real plus, close to the station and right in front of the castle.

The family room felt cozy and had complete amenities, with a view toward the entrance to Odawara Castle. Check-in just took a bit long and felt complicated.
