Dinner changed from day to day, and the restaurant was amazing. The onsen was just as good, with all the basics supplied, including a toothbrush, slippers, yukata, shampoo, and conditioner. Such a great experience!

We had booked eight months ahead, but when we arrived they said they couldn't find our reservation. I know this kind of mix-up can happen. What really brought their service down for me was how little effort they seemed willing to make to sort it out. One of the worst service experiences I've had in Japan. Avoid this hotel.
