The dorm was cozy, and the staff were friendly and professional. I liked having a hot spring and sauna at an affordable price, though the location could be better. I also wasn't keen on the smell in the hotel. One thing to know, there's no proper place to study or work here.

Free Wi-Fi and a low price at this tiny hotel. There's a red-light district nearby, and you can go to the onsen upstairs. The bed was cheap and hard, so I didn't sleep well. Still, the value for money isn't bad.

The capsule space was clean, the onsen was good, and the price was very reasonable.

The water at the hot spring was great, and the breakfast was okay. My husband and I stayed one night at a reasonable price, and had a relaxing time. One guest had no sense of what was appropriate and brushed his teeth in the bathtub. I was really surprised.

It's a long walk from Oita Station, about 20 minutes. I only used the baths as a day visitor, and being open 24 hours is great. The Showa-era sauna is powerful, the cold bath stays around 13-14 degrees, and the alkaline moor spring has a slippery feel. It has the comfort of a health spa.
