A nice hotel in a great central spot. We booked at the very last minute, and the self check-in worked well. The bed was comfortable, the shower was good, and there were some nice amenities.

Monthly rentals are available, as well as rooms for weekly stays. It’s a convenient base for traveling to Shikoku and Sanin from Okayama. There are plenty of paid parking lots nearby, and the prices are reasonable.
The location is handy, right beside Tamachi tram station, though I was a little uneasy about walking through the downtown area to reach it. Check-in and checkout were fully contactless using a tablet, which was very convenient. I stayed in a single room. It was clean and tastefully decorated. The shower room is quite small, so it could be hard to use, especially for larger men.
This felt more like staying in a regular house than a business hotel, in a good way. The toilet and shower were separate, and the room was very clean, with plenty of towels and excellent amenities. I was really satisfied. It’s just a minute from Tamachi Station, which you can reach by tram from Okayama Station, and there’s a Lawson convenience store nearby. I was a little concerned there weren’t many reviews, but I’m glad I chose it. You don’t find many places like this, and I’d definitely stay again when I’m in Okayama.
The bed was a pleasant surprise. The mattress and blanket were incredibly soft, making it the best business hotel bed I’ve had recently. Check-in was automated and convenient. Still, I regretted choosing this place after finding out on the way there that it was in the middle of a red-light district, with streetwalkers and men heading to the establishments filling the streets. We booked a double room, but it was extremely small. It was clean, with just enough room for a bed, small table, and cabinet. Fine for one person, but two people couldn't easily change clothes at the same time, and opening two suitcases together would probably be impossible. Getting ready or applying makeup was difficult. The toilet and shower worked fine, but the bath towel smelled so bad I regretted using it on my face. I arrived in Okayama at night and chose the hotel based only on price because I had sightseeing planned for the next day. Recommended for solo travelers visiting the red-light district.
