We hadn’t planned ahead or booked anywhere, so I was glad we found this place. The owner was very friendly, gave us a lift to the Garden when we arrived, and offered to take us to the station when we left. We stayed three nights. The beds were clean, soft, warm, and very comfortable, and we slept so well that we didn’t hurry back to our Japanese host’s futon on the floor. The room was warm and quiet, with plenty of hot water. The walls are thin, so we heard neighbors laughing, talking, and snoring a few times, though I’ve had much worse neighbors in Canada. It could have been cleaner, but it’s a backpackers hotel, so steer clear of the corners. I’d recommend it if you want cheap, simple accommodation.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a laundry machine, kitchen, and refrigerator. The host was so welcoming, kind, and nice, and the location is just a few minutes from the city center. This was the best value for money in town. We had an amazing stay at lazy house.

A great spot in the city center, but it was quiet, and the staff were wonderful. The little lounge/cafe downstairs was lovely, with nice music and friendly people. Breakfast was a nice little start to the day. I had an amazing one-night stay at Lazy House. 10/10, I fully recommend this welcoming place ✌️

We spent three nights here, and it worked well as a base for day trips. When we arrived on the first night, it felt a bit spooky because it was cold and nobody was around. Once more people showed up, the place felt nice. There’s a pleasant living room with coffee, and for the price I’d come back.

The host dropped me at the gardens when I arrived, which was really kind. My short stay at Lazy House was great. The room is well equipped, with a little kitchen I didn’t use, and a TV connected to streaming sites. Sleeping on the floor was fine, and the mattress was comfortable. The walls are thin, so you can hear neighbors, but thankfully nobody was too loud. It’s inexpensive, close to a lot of things, and comfortable. I’d recommend it. Thanks for the stay 🙂
