The meals are still a strong point here, both breakfast and dinner. The room feels dated and could use renovation, and the toilet wasn't as clean as it used to be. Parking is also inconvenient for guests.

Getting around was easy, with the train and bus station nearby, restaurants close by, and Aeon Mall about a 20-minute walk or 6-minute bus ride away. We were really pleased with the booking: it was a great deal with a breakfast buffet and, unexpectedly, dinner included. Our room was simple but adequate, and very clean.

It's a good deal for the price, though getting around isn't especially convenient. Probably suits you best if you're driving.

I left my house keys there and only found them in Tokyo two days later. I couldn't get into my house in the meantime. I wish the hotel had let me know when they found them. Hotel Trend once called me as soon as they found a small bag I'd left behind in a similar situation. The service here was bad.

I put the “please clean room” sign on the door, but they didn't clean it, so I didn't get the fresh towel I expected either. When I asked for a new towel afterward, they charged me for it 🤷🏻♂️
