The main reason I’d choose Welina Hotel Premier Namba is its location. It’s in a well connected area, close to transit, shopping streets, and places to eat, which made it a convenient base for exploring Osaka, especially on a tight schedule. The room was compact, as expected for a city hotel, but laid out sensibly. It was clean and practical rather than luxurious, and there was enough space for a large suitcase. If you catch the rates at the right time, it’s a comfortable, well located option.

I called to ask for information, and the woman who answered said “NO ENGLISH” and slammed the phone down right away. That was very rude, especially since roaming calls cost us money, and it made us unsure about staying here. During the visit we barely dealt with staff. The front desk team spoke acceptable English at check-in and check-out, but that was it. If you need good service or reliable communication, I wouldn’t recommend it.
