The room was roomy and clean, and the staff were nice and friendly. The furniture and decor could use an update, though, and a fresh coat of paint would help. I had a non-smoking room but could still smell old smoke in the hallways.

The staff were great, but the carpets were dirty and the place could use fresh paint. There was no airport shuttle, and I was charged for using the phone to arrange things because of the missing shuttle.

The entrance looks spectacular after the recent refurbishment, and the professional staff were kind. My room was spacious, which is rare in Japan. The hallways still weren't quite finished, but that was okay. The main issue was cigarette smoke coming through when the heater or air conditioning was on.

I stayed three days, and the services were mostly fine. Such a shame the towels smelled so bad.

The location and facilities suit an airport hotel nicely, and the view across Omura bay is lovely.
