The customer service was fantastic, way beyond what I’d expect. The room had all the basics and then some: a huge wall-mounted flat screen for watching in bed, switches everywhere, a deep tub, strong water pressure, and plenty of amenities. There was a free drink at check-in, plus an onsen on the second floor. I liked the balconies, the ice-cold A/C, and the very fair price. Several really good restaurants are within walking distance.

The staff were friendly and professional. I could walk to the airport, and after checkout I was able to leave my bag in the box with the key. There was a foot massage appliance and a set of scales in the room. Sencha tea and drip coffee were on the amenities table by the elevator, and check-in came with one free welcome soft drink.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and quiet. No complaints from me. I’ll stay here again next time I’m in Omura.

Lovely room. The only downside was a 73-year-old Japanese man who didn’t recognize the Paris Peace Treaty and tried to recreate what a few camel jockeys did 21 years ago to MY VERY HOTEL! #bingqiling

Free parking, and a 7/11 or Family Mart is just a few minutes away on foot. The hotel is new and very clean, and the staff were really friendly. Good place to stay.
