There’s parking, and although this is an old pension, it’s incredibly clean and well kept. The owner seems to look after it with a lot of care. It’s perfect.

The kitchen has three burners, so you can make a proper meal if you bring groceries, though the pots are small. Fishermen can fillet as much fish as they like. It’s a little tricky to find, but once you get there it’s quiet and pleasant. The ocean is just a short drive away, and there’s an outdoor tap for rinsing sand off your things before taking them inside. I also loved lying in the loft and falling asleep while looking at the night sky.

For an affordable price, you can rent a beautiful two-story log cabin. It has towels, razors, shampoo, a hair dryer, hot water, and cooking gear, including a microwave, gas stove, pots, and pans, so it’s easy to cook there. The only downside was the old bed, whose mattress sagged a bit.
