We only booked at the last minute because a typhoon meant we had to stay longer in Okinawa. The owners made us so comfortable that we wound up spending three nights there. Their dog and cat are adorable, each with their own personality, and they pay attention to the guests. If you love animals, you’ll feel right at home, and the place is so relaxing. I kept ending up in the living room, chatting and having drinks with the owners, even though the private rooms are tucked at the back where it’s quiet. Both the rooms and shared spaces were tastefully furnished, comfortable, and spotless. You can’t see the ocean from the inn itself, but the seaside park is a short walk away and has amazing views. We went there several times for walks. Running with the sea in sight sounds lovely, and there’s snorkeling nearby too, so it’s a great spot if you’re into the beach. There’s also a pottery studio at the property, where guests seem to come for daytime pottery experiences. I liked the design and size of the cup and saucer the owner made, so I bought one before heading home. I use it every day and think about the fun time we had together. ♪ I’d like to stay here again, and I’ll probably be back in Okinawa soon!
