Cottage Sunset-Village

We were six in the family, and the four separate houses are spaced far enough apart that we could relax without worrying about disturbing anyone. Our place was a nice 1LDK, with clean toilets and bathrooms. It’s set a little away from the road and nearby homes, which made it comfortable with small children. There’s plenty of nature around, so expect mosquitoes and flying insects, and bring repellent if you’re planning a BBQ. A convenience store and supermarket are only about a five-minute drive away. We also liked the nearby public bath, which had a Kyoto-like atmosphere.

I’d wanted to try staying somewhere like this for ages, and it was my first time. It felt like an apartment with everything we needed, so I could really relax. Breakfast at the outside table was lovely. When we were leaving, I tried to take our empty cans and rubbish with us, but the staff offered to dispose of them. I really appreciated that.

The sunset from the observation deck was beautiful, and we had fun setting off handheld fireworks away from the grassy areas. We stayed in Lemon and Anzu with three generations of family, 12 people in all, and our two dogs. Their birthdays fell on Tanabata (Star Festival)🌟, so we even held a birthday party on July 5th. We rented a barbecue set, and the dogs had a great time running off-leash in the dog run at Lemon. The rooms were very clean, the staff were kind, and we could sort our rubbish. I’d love to come back.

We’ve stayed here three times now, and always have a lovely time, especially when we have a BBQ. Walking along the beach with our two Maltese dogs makes this place special for our family. It’s clean, the staff are very kind, and we hope to return.
