Mitsui Garden Hotel Nihonbashi Premier Tokyo

The reception team made the stay special. Yuki, Ayana, Mikiko, and Saki, along with others, spent a remarkable amount of time helping us find a room that fit our requests and then arranging our last-minute plan to attend a baseball game at the Tokyo Dome. They were kind and professional, and we’re very grateful for their effort in making it happen. The hotel itself was a pleasant surprise, with a clean, modern design and some lovely rooms. The hot bath was a real highlight, and the calm Nihonbashi location was welcome after busy days in Tokyo. There’s a subway station just across the street, with trains to Ginza and Asakusa. Kanda Station is a nine-minute walk away and offers more connections. I stayed four nights. The modern room was well equipped and immaculately cleaned, and the staff were polite, helpful, and available around the clock. I’d gladly stay here on my next visit.

Shimada, who I believe was the evening manager, Tabata, and Angelia helped me through a personal difficulty quickly and professionally. Their kindness and efficient support made a real difference, and I’m sincerely grateful to them and the hotel team. The hotel is in a handy spot, right across from a mall where I could get takeout food and find taxis. I had a positive stay and especially appreciated the service.

The staff were kind and respectful throughout, always ready to help. The area is quiet, with several places to eat and shop nearby, and the public bath was modern, clean, and supplied with amenities. We had a superior suite, and its comfortable beds were just what we needed after long days walking. The rooms were gorgeous and impeccably clean. Mitsui Garden gave us a wonderful welcome to Japan. 100% recommend staying here, thank you! 🩷
