The gym's customers were great. When I couldn't get inside, a young man came out, called the gym manager, and helped me find another hotel. I had a reservation, but the hotel was closed, I couldn't get in, and no one answered the phone. I had to stay elsewhere. They said they'd refund me later, but it's been six months and I still haven't received it.

The worst part was arriving to find the entrance locked and getting no answer after calling over and over. I had booked more than a month ahead, but couldn't stay and had to scramble to find somewhere else. Two other groups went through the same thing. That's unacceptable for a hotel, and I wouldn't give it even one star. I won't come back. I hope nobody else gets stuck like this.

A stylish, clean place that brings accommodation together with co-working space and a fitness gym. It's close to the station, too. I wish Japan had more places like this.

The prices are reasonable, and it's handy being so close to the station. They've got a good range of machines, and I especially like that there's TRX.
