Self check-in was a bit bumpy, but once I got through it, I found the room nice, spacious, and well set up. It had WiFi, a washing machine, a wet room with built-in extraction and drying, microwave, kettle, hob, and the other basics I expect in a self-contained apartment.

We enjoyed our stays at apartment Hotel 11 and hope to return. The rooms were exceptionally clean and roomy, and the service was excellent. There’s also a kitchenette for preparing light meals, stocked with what you need, including pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. This was our first or second stay there.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Customer service was terrible, there was no water heater, and nobody was there to help. I messaged a couple of times and still got no response. I’ll never come back.
