The instructions were clear, and getting to the place with suitcases was easy. It was clean and convenient, with Wi-Fi. The room looked a bit smaller than the photos, but there was still enough space for two. I recommend booking through their website instead of an aggregate site.

Kuromon Market is only a two-minute walk away, and the location was good. Check-in and checkout were easy, and customer service replied promptly. I enjoyed my stay a lot.

I only needed one night before heading to Kyoto the next day, and the stay really impressed me. At first, self check-in was a little confusing, but the instructions made it straightforward. I wasn’t expecting much from a place I just needed to crash for the night, but it was very clean and comfortable, and the whole stay was pleasant. One of the best hotels I stayed at on my Japan trip. I’d definitely recommend it.

I stayed a few nights and was very satisfied. The apartment setup and in-room washing machine are handy for a longer visit. There’s also a coin laundry shop a minute away, which is useful for drying clothes after washing them in the room. It was quiet at night, and I slept well. Paid parking lots right across the street are convenient if you’re driving. FamilyMart is downstairs, and Kuromon Market is less than a three-minute walk away, so it’s easy to shop and drop things off. There are two double beds, technically enough for four, but with big suitcases it’s most comfortable for two. Three people may feel a bit squeezed, especially with luggage. My pillow was incredibly comfortable, honestly one of the best I’ve used. I even asked the owner if I could buy one to take home, but they don’t sell them.
