Hotel Mystays Shinsaibashi

Even though the room and location were good, I won't stay in this heartless place again. I gave proof that I was hospitalized, but the hotel refused to waive the first day. At check-in, staff said they'd speak to management and get back to me at checkout. The checkout staff didn't mention it or give me any feedback until I asked again. From the reply, it seems the waiver mattered more to me than the missed update. I think the hotel puts its policy above the customer's situation and will reject a cancellation even when someone is hospitalized and provides proof from a reputable hospital. I'd tell potential customers to think twice before staying here.

We’re enjoying our stay in osaka. Check-in was fast, and the desk staff were willing to help and handled our requests. They had us in our rooms within eight minutes. They also explained where to eat with a map and pointed out a few restaurants to try, which were really good.

The staff were attentive and really helpful, which made the stay even better. Our room was thoughtfully arranged, the bed was comfortable, and we didn't hear street noise. There was even a coin laundry. Amemura was a great base, with cool shops and cafes nearby and Dotonbori and other central sights an easy walk away.

We picked this hotel mainly for the location, and it worked out well: it’s close to the train station and within easy reach of Osaka’s main areas. The room was a decent size by Japan standards, and we had a pleasant stay. Great hotel.
