You’re paying for the location and easy access at a reasonable price. The rooms are pretty average and a little dated, and the whole place runs on self check-in with no reception or staff on site. It’s no-frills accommodation, but it gives you a chance to experience local life. If you want full hotel service, you’ll want to look elsewhere.

We had four people in our family, and the room and bed gave us plenty of space. It was really close to two subway lines, which made getting around easy, and Shinsaibashi shopping district was only a five-minute walk. The rooms were clean too. We'd love to stay again on our next trip to Osaka.

Our deluxe quadruple room worked well for our family with two kids. It was clean and tidy, and the location was great, close to both the subway station and underground shopping mall. The washer wasn't very powerful, but it still came in handy.

This was my first apartment-style stay in Japan, and I really liked it. There was a separate bathroom and restroom, plus a kitchen with cooking gear and a big fridge with a freezer. Great if, like me, you love having ice cream on hand. It was a lot roomier than a typical Japanese hotel room. The self check-in and checkout were easy too, with clear instructions from the property. Definitely recommend it.
