We got a comfortable room on the 43rd floor with a fantastic view, and it was a good size for our family of three. The hotel connects to a mall with a supermarket, drugstore, and restaurants, plus direct access to JR Bentencho Station. Great value for money, and I’d choose it first if I come back to Osaka.

We had a lovely two-night stay and paid extra for a large room for our anniversary. It was great, with a really good view and no issues. The breakfast on the 51st floor was probably the best buffet I’ve seen in Japan: an amazing selection and great views. But we had to pay extra for it after using the cheaper coupon on our first morning. That meal was awful, more like the basic free breakfast at a business hotel, and I would have skipped it the second day if I hadn’t known there was another option. Booking.com didn’t make the two breakfast choices clear, and I couldn’t select which one I wanted. I’m not sure whether that was the hotel’s fault, but it’s why I can’t give the stay four stars.

We really liked the location, just a short walk from the Chuo Line. The hotel also has a shuttle and can arrange luggage transport through Yamato Shipping. We booked through Booking.com, and check-in and checkout went smoothly. Breakfast was good, and there’s a laundry room on B1. The staff were very friendly, too.

The sky buffet wasn’t very good, though the view from it was amazing. The hotel itself was stunning, with a beautiful lobby and a great view of the bay. Staff were helpful throughout our stay, and being close to train stations was convenient. We didn’t want to leave.

The breakfast buffet, served on the highest floor with amazing views, was the best I’ve had at any hotel so far. There was a great range of meats, vegetables, fruit, and desserts. A beautiful hotel, too.
