The bathroom setup was a real plus for our group of 12. It was its own large section, with two sinks and lots of counter space, two separate toilet rooms, and two shower rooms. One shower room also had a tub and a washer/dryer, so six people could each be doing something at the same time. There was enough space for all of us, and everyone slept, rested, and felt clean, so it was still a good stay. There were some signs the place hadn't been cared for: holes left by a previous guest in doors, walls, and cabinets hadn't been fixed. Both showers drained very slowly, some outlets didn't work, and charging phones and power banks was a struggle. The washer/dryer ran all night and still left our clothes damp.

The space was roomy enough, but the furniture and fixtures were below standard. The rooms smelled of mould, there were lots of humidifiers, stains were still there, and the stairs and cabinets were dusty. Cleaning clearly hadn't been thorough. The staff were rude and dishonest with us. They insisted we'd broken the kitchen faucet and threatened legal action unless we paid, even though the photo they sent showed the sink after the cleaner had touched it. They wouldn't hear our side and just assumed we were at fault. We had washed the dishes before leaving, replaced the garbage bags, and tidied the room. How could we have washed the dishes if the faucet was broken? It was awful to encounter this in such a beautiful country. What a shame.

The suite is spacious, clean, and well equipped, with plenty of room for a big family. Getting there by car can be tricky, though. It’s in a residential area with very narrow streets and limited private parking, which is a challenge for a 7 seater.

The apartment is beautiful, very clean, and large enough for at least 10 people. The problem is the narrow streets. Even a mini bus can’t drive right up to the apartment.
