The management team answered every question quickly and clearly, and their appliance instructions in both English and Japanese were especially useful. We’ve had trouble figuring out foreign-language controls elsewhere, and even English labels can be confusing, so this was a real help. The apartment itself was very clean and well maintained, with plenty of space, a separate bedroom, and a decent wardrobe. It had everything we needed for five nights and was close to subway stations. We had an amazing stay and would happily come back.

The sleeping couch cushions had some really disgusting spots on them, which was the one thing that bothered me. Apart from that, I’d gladly stay here again. Sakuragawa station is about a five-minute walk away, and the place is close to central Osaka while still being quiet. It had what we needed, including a nice kitchen, a good-looking bedroom, a comfortable sleeping couch, and a spacious bathroom.

We found check-in and check-out easy, and the location made getting to Namba simple. Metro Sakuragawa is a five-minute walk away, so it’s convenient if you want to shop there late into the night. I stayed with my family of four. There’s one bedroom with a queen-size bed, a clean bathroom, a washing machine, a kitchen, and a roomy living area. The kids loved watching TV while stretched out on the large sofa bed. Thanks for being so welcoming.

The place was filthy, with lots of hair in the bed, and looked nothing like the photos on the website. When we complained, they offered either to refund the cleaning fee or to clean the room again. Absolutely ridiculous.
