The bathroom was tiny and uncomfortable, and there were signs of insects everywhere. Cleaning also fell short: the dishes were stained, dust was all over the place, and even the razor provided was rusty. Some things were broken too, including a kitchen drawer and the showerhead mount. The general atmosphere does match the pictures, but it needs a serious clean and a few repairs to reach a solid four-star standard. I wouldn't recommend staying here for a great experience in Osaka. Owner, please don't try to remove this review. If you do, I'll keep reposting it for months.
